The Continuing Collapse of Climate Change/Health Care Alert

Late-breaking news reports that President Obama intends to write his own version of the health care legislation and attach it to the budget, using the procedure known as “reconciliation”, designed to remove minor differences between House and Senate versions of a bill. Apparently it will now be used to eliminate the need for any Republican votes, as only a simple majority is needed to approve a "reconciled" bill.
