Listener Feedback on State of the Union

Host:Vic Eliason
Listen:RealAudio | Windows Media | MP3 | Order Tape or CD

To listen we recommend Windows Media,
RealAudio, Winamp, or QuickTime players.

In his first “State of the Union” address last evening, Barak Obama may have surprised some viewers with his chastising of the Supreme Court over the issue of special interest campaign financing, as well as his open support of repealing the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy.

Vic used these as “talking points” to get listener input. The comments ran the gamut and included:

--Disrespect for the office of the president was shown by both parties.
--God is our provider and protector, not government.
--We need to pray for our elected officials, even when we disagree with them.
--Obama took office by falsehood.
--Can’t understand why Obama would allow the abortion option for his daughters.
--We should be excited that prophecy is being fulfilled.
--America is great because it separates religion from government.
