According to Brannon Howse, Adolph Hitler had crosses removed from churches in Germany during WWII, replacing it with the swastika. By order of the White House, Georgetown University, in preparation for a Barack Obama speech, covered over the monogram, IHS, a symbol of the name of Christ, along with covering over the cross.
Brannon discusses the historical roots and social ramifications of this anti-God activity along with other related issues including:
