Star of Anti-Christ Rising

This edition of Crosstalk began with a short interview with Katherine Cason from the human rights group, China Aid. Katherine detailed the collusion of China's Communist front church, TSPM, with the Chinese government in persecuting believers from house churches.

The remainder of the program concentrated on a new commercial airing on CNN, the History Channel, MSNBC and the Discovery Channel that promotes the rising of a star that will supposedly shine night and day, just prior to Maitreya (world teacher-christ figure) being unveiled on national television in the US. The anti-Christ group, Share International, is airing this commercial and has posted the commercial, as well as another, on YouTube. They have engaged in a flurry of activity recently, including press releases that have been posted at Marketwatch.com, heralding the coming of the world teacher known as "christ", Buddha, Krishna, etc. They have been predicting this for years and now they are claiming that Maitreya has arrived and is ready to go to work to eradicate the many problems in our world.
