Sudan Project Update

Regular Crosstalk listeners remember William Ochan Levi from the Sudan and the past radio transmitter and receiver projects that the Crosstalk family has supported. Unfortunately the new Sudan radio station, known as the "Nehemiah Trumpet Call", is operating on low power because of the high cost of generator fuel to operate the transmitter. In response, William communicated to Vic that he needs solar panels to operate the station along with a small concrete shelter to protect the equipment.
The construction of the building, the solar panels, the batteries, and the controlling equipment will cost about $44,000. Vic encouraged listeners to prayerfully consider giving to this project, noting that such funds must not take away from the giving that normally goes to your local Crosstalk affiliate, nor should this affect the giving toward your local church.
