This edition of Crosstalk opened with guest Matthew McReynolds, Staff Attorney with the Pacific Justice Institute. He appeared to discuss California's recent decision to ban the terms, "bride and groom" from marriage license forms and replace them with, "Party A" and "Party B".
The remainder of the program featured listener feedback generated from two news stories. One story dealt with Barack Obama's "slip of the tongue" as he referred to his Muslim faith in a recent interview. The other story covered a post convention poll showing that McCain leads Obama.
