Ellie Kay is known as America's family financial expert. She's a best selling author of 11 books and has been a frequent media guest on networks including CNBC, CNN, and Fox News. Her most recent book is entitled: A Tip a Day with Ellie Kay: 12 Months Worth of Money Saving Ideas.

It's good wisdom to ask the question that Ellie asks in a wide variety of purchasing situations. The question is: Is this your best price? It's understandable why Ellie does this because she's a mother of seven children.
