Gianna Jessen is the survivor of a late term, saline abortion, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy due to oxygen deprivation at birth. In spite of this handicap, she is a national pro-life speaker and also the Executive Director of BornAliveTruth.org, a group designed to inform the public about Barack Obama's opposition to the Born Alive Infants Protection Act.
