Vic opened this edition of Crosstalk with word that California home schoolers are celebrating a legal decision by the Court of Appeals. The court ruled that the state's education code allows parents to home school their children without having to obtain state credentials to do so.

Vic also reported on examples worldwide that show how the barriers are coming down and that homosexual unions are gaining global favor.

The Associated Press reported this morning that in order to raise more tax revenue, the Wisconsin State Department of Health and Social Services is looking to raise taxes/fees on tattoo and body piercing establishments, motels, hotels, tourist rooming houses, restaurants, bed and breakfast establishments, vending/food operations, as well as recreational and education camps. The disturbing part is that this last category includes Christian camps.

Caller views highlighted the second half of the program with comment topics ranging from informed voting to abortion and more.
