"Gay" Hate Campaign against Student Continues
| Host: | Vic Eliason |

Peter LaBarbera is the Founder and Director of Americans for Truth, and is Crosstalk's correspondent on homosexual issues.
Peter gave Crosstalk listeners details surrounding 18 year old Brett Van Asdlen who, on April 12, was walking with a friend on a college campus in Champaign, Illinois. Brett allegedly made a comment to a homosexual and a confrontation ensued.
The police initially filed aggravated battery charges which were later dropped, however, Brett is still facing Class 4 felony hate crimes charges, charges that could remain on his record for life and that would prevent him from being able to vote.
Peter encouraged listeners to call the State's Attorney to encourage her not to politicize this case. In other words, if this case doesn't warrant hate crimes status, don't prosecute in this case.
Also discussed is the latest news concerning McDonald's alleged support for the homosexual movement, as well as the story of a Pennsylvania elementary school that has angered parents. The reason for the anger is because the parents were given a one day notice of planned counseling sessions with 100 third grade students to explain that one of their male classmates will soon be wearing female clothing.
