Pro-Life Georgia/Doctor Assisted Suicide

Jenny Hodges is the National Director Pro-Life Unity. Pro-Life Unity is an organization that networks pro-life entities together, pursuing a cohesive plan of action in order to bring an end to abortion.
Jenny reported on a new pro-life organization, Georgians for Life, and their delivery of 2,000 signed petitions for Georgia's HB-1. HB-1, the Life From Conception Act, is another piece of pro-life legislation that is in the same committee as HR-536, Georgia's Human Life Amendment. HR-536 grants personhood to the unborn and the right to life from conception to natural death.
Discussion then centered on the "Let Them Live" rally that was held January 14th at the Georgia capital, an event designed to bring black and white leaders together in promotion of HR-536.
Vic then brought up two other pieces of vital information:
Kentucky lawmakers are pushing to require an ultrsound before an abortion.
The Wisconsin legislature will hold a hearing on a bill regarding physician assisted suicide. This legislation, Senate Bill 151, would make Wisconsin the second state, after Oregon, to adopt such a policy.
