Troy Newman, the President of Operation Rescue, was interviewed last week on the November 27, 2007 Crosstalk program concerning a pro-life "truth truck" that was impounded by Atlanta police. Jim Schneider reported that according to a press release from Monday, the driver, Bob Roethlisberger, will not be facing charges.

Jim and Larry get right to the heart of the gun rights issue with a discussion of the the agreement by the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a case challenging the ban on guns in Washington, D.C. A lower court has decided that the D.C. law has violated the individual right to keep and bear arms. A decision by the high court is scheduled for the month of June.
