Parental Rights Lost in Massachusetts

Host:Vic Eliason
Guest:Brian Camenker
Listen:RealAudio | Windows Media | MP3 | Order Tape or CD

Brian Camenker is the President of Mass Resistance, a pro-family rights group that is fighting the radical homosexual agenda in Massachusetts.

In 2005, Brian began receiving e-mails and phone calls from a man named David Parker, along with his wife. They were very distressed that their son was learning about homosexuality in his Kindergarten class without parental notification. This took place, in spite of the fact that Brian is the author of the Massachusetts parental notification statute that was passed ten years ago.

Eventually David went to several meetings with the school. At one particular meeting he said he wasn't leaving until some kind of agreement was reached. School officials told David that unless he left, they would have him arrested. That is what happened, and David was not allowed to pull his child out of school.

In addition to the details of this case, Vic mentioned tonight's UW-Milwaukee appearance of former P.L.O. terrorist, Walid Shoebat, author of the book, Why I Left Jihad, discussed on Crosstalk when Mr. Shoebat was a guest November 29, 2007.

Vic noted that the additional security charges that were being placed on the students that scheduled the event have been set aside, so that only the normal costs will be charged. Mr. Shoebat will be speaking from 7:30-9:30pm at the Wisconsin Room in the UW-Union, 2200 East Kenwood Blvd. This appearance is open to the public.
