Candidate Positions on Homosexual Issues

Peter LaBarbera is founder of Americans for Truth, a non-profit organization that presents the truth about the consequences of the homosexual lifestyle. He has also established Republicans for Family Values, which tracks the positions of politicians--especially those seeking the nomination for U.S. President--on issues reating to the homosexual agenda.
Peter's most recent news release revealed what he called "Mitt Romney’s Christmas Present to the ‘Gay’ Lobby". In it he chronicled a recent appearance by Romney on "Meet the Press", in which he supported pro-homosexual “sexual orientation” state laws.
This position was presented along with Romney's actions as Governor of Massachusetts, where "Gay Marriage" was adopted as state policy, and requirements for adoption agencies to place children with same-sex couples forced Catholic Charities to discontinue its extensive adoption program in the state.
Peter called on pro-family leaders who have begun endorsing Romney as a candidate for President to reconsider and rescind those endorsements due to these revelations.
The positions of a number of candidates, both Republican and Democrat, were compared on issues including "gay marriage", a federal Marriage Amendment, and requirements in an increasing number of states that children be given positive instruction in the homosexual "orientation" in all curriculum from kindergarten through high school.
