Pro-Life Truck Impounded in Atlanta

Troy Newman is the President of Operation Rescue.
Operation Rescue regularly displays photographs of aborted babies on "truth trucks." On "Black Friday," one of the truck drivers, Bob Roethlisberger, was circling the Mall of Georgia outside the city of Buford. Mr. Roethlisberger was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct and spent the rest of the Thanksgiving weekend in jail.
When Troy later contacted the arresting officer to ask for an explanation, the officer claimed that as the community censor, he has full authority to censor things he does not like. This is why, in addition to the arrest of Mr. Roethlisberger, he chose to cut the picture boards off the truck, and then to have the truck impounded.
