-Oklahoma lawmaker refuses to accept a copy of the Koran from the governor's ethnic American advisory council.

-Students for Life of America slams a Pittsburgh university for sending first year students to volunteer at area abortion clinics.

-A nativity scene will be allowed in the capitol building in Olympia, Washington.

-The government of Sweden has announced it will be banning any religious activities in schools accept for those directly related to religion classes.

-Plans to amend Venezuela's constitution in a way that will lead to increasing authoritarian rule have triggered violent clashes between police and student led protesters.

-A British family court judge resigns rather than participating in cases of homosexual adoption.

-An immigration reform organization is trying to help a Chicago store owner who's being squeezed out by unlicensed street vendors that are in the U.S. illegally.

-60 pro-life groups sign on to a letter to every member of the House and Senate asking that Congress stop providing federal funds to Planned Parenthood.

-Judge Southwick receives Senate confirmation to federal appeals court in Mississippi.

-Louisiana voters affirm pro-life governor.

-Democrats raising more money than Republicans in third quarter.

-Rudy Giuliani continues to drop in national and state polls.

-Black ministry leaders are denouncing Barak Obama's efforts to appease homosexual activists by adding a homosexual minister to this weekend's gospel tour lineup.

-Grassroots immigration organization is hopeful that Mike Huckabee has had a serious change of heart on immigration.

-Mitt Romney gets endorsement from Dr. John Wilke, a man considered to be one of the founders of the modern day pro-life movement.
