Vision for Biblical Womanhood
| Host: | Ingrid Schlueter |
| Guest: | Nancy Leigh DeMoss |
| Listen: | RealAudio | Windows Media | MP3 | Order Tape or CD |
On this Crosstalk, Ingrid plays a portion of a speech given by Nancy Leigh DeMoss at a Branson Worldview Weekend last year. Nancy takes a look at womanhood when viewed from the perspective of Scripture.
The basic tenets of Christian womanhood are covered. These include recognizing that women are made in God's image with equal worth and dignity as men in the eyes of God. This, however, does not mean sameness.
From there Nancy teaches the difference between today's egalitarian view of womanhood compared with the biblical complementarian view.
Gordon Morris, VCY America Operations Manager, joined Ingrid for the final minutes to thank listeners for their prayers while he was recovering from a serious staph infection he received after being bitten by a bat.
