This edition of Crosstalk delves into the world of ministry to children. From VCY's Trail Ridge Camp and Conference Center, Vic Eliason discusses some of the things that take place at Trail Ridge Kids Camp, the VCY Birthday Club, and Facilities Director Paul McClain joins Vic to discuss his experiences in juvenile detention ministry.
As the show moves along, Vic references an Internet article noting that tens of thousands of fewer congregations are offering vacation Bible school. As Vic explains, we can't afford to forget about our kids and their spiritual welfare. He also relays from his own experiences how kids don't need to be exposed to that which is weird or bizzare in order to hold their attention and teach them about the things of God.
From teaching the realization of sin, to the story of our Savior, children's ministry is worth every moment of hard work as Vic Eliason shows on this edition of Crosstalk.
