Dr. Ed Bulkley is the pastor of Life Fellowship in Denver, Colorado, and is also the host of a radio program called, Return to the Word, heard Monday through Friday on the VCY America Network.
Vic Eliason played audio cuts from a recent Conference on World Affairs gathering at Boulder, Colorado, High School.
The audio cuts that set the tone of the program came from a clinical psychologist from the University of California. This psychologist encouraged students to engage in healthy sexual behavior, regardless of type, while also encouraging them to use drugs appropriately.
