Ingrid began this Crosstalk with a repeat of yesterday's news that hate crimes legilsation (HR 1592) had passed in the House of Representatives but that President Bush appeared ready to veto the legislation. Ingrid encouraged listeners to call the White House at the number below to leave appropriate comments.

Chris presents evidence showing how Rick Warren has publically stated that he is the pastor to media mogul Rupert Murdock. On the other hand, Rupert Murdock is buying up and starting pornography channels in Europe.
This brings up an interesting conflict of interest. Since Warren's books are published by Rupert Murdock's Zondervan publishing arm, will Warren be willing to place Murdock under church discipline?
Chris encouraged listeners to call Rick Warren's Saddleback Church and ask him to confront Rupert Murdock on this critical issue.
