Hate Crimes Bill
| Host: | Vic Eliason |

Janet Folger is the host of Faith 2 Action, heard at 1pm central time on the VCY America Network. She joined Vic Eliason to discuss the latest threat to our freedoms.
On Capitol Hill there is a hate crimes bill (HR 1592) that is on a fast track to passage. It's a bill that could be used to stifle the free speech of Christians.
Janet combs through the details of what's already taken place around America in the name of hate crimes, proving that if HR 1592 passes, this legislation will be used not merely against actions, but against speech and thought.
She looks at examples like the Matthew Shepherd case, the Pensylvania hate crimes law that sent grandmothers to jail in October of 2004, anti-reproductive hate crimes laws in California that cover speech, and more.
Vic encouraged listeners to contribute to help Janet's attempts at getting anti hate crime legislation messages on the Fox television network.
