Jerry Dykstra with Open Doors USA joined Vic Eliason for the first quarter hour of the program with a worldwide update concerning areas of Christian persecution.
Vic gave a brief review of the Sudan tower project, alerting listeners that funding for the project has been reached.
Listeners brought forth excellent points for discussion as the program moved on to the topic of the state of the church. Items mentioned included: What role do the elders have in a church, the role of music and the music minister, the lack of discussion regarding sin, Bible versions, and the meaning of repentance.
