Host:Vic Eliason
Guest:Timothy Lee
Listen:RealAudio | Windows Media | MP3 | Order Tape or CD

Attorney Timothy Lee is the Director of Legal and Public Affairs for the Center for Individual Freedom.

The Center for Individual Freedom is in existence to protect constitutional liberties that protect individual rights as the founding fathers intended; rights such as the ability to engage in political debate, free speech, etc.

Timothy outlines the story of two U.S. border patrol agents that are spending time in jail for shooting a Mexican illegal alien in the buttocks. The alien was trying to smuggle marijuana into the country.

Points also mentioned include Bush's amnesty program for illegal aliens; the possible reaction to a North American superhighway project; the challenging of free speech rights; how the American Constitution lives and breathes through the amendment process, and more.
