Pastor Matt Trewhella is the president of Missionaries to the Pre-born.
Matt noted how it was photographs of the pre-born that convinced him to get involved in the battle to preserve life. He went to the public library, looked at a medical textbook on fetal development and noted the photographs showing pre-born infants as the recognizable human beings they are.
For over a decade, Missionaries to the Pre-born has gone from presenting the plight of the pre-born at abortion clinics to busy intersections, and now to universities where they do a number of tours each year.
During the university tours, photographs are set up, literature is distributed and conversations, discussions and debates take place.
The description given by Matt of his experiences, along with the observances of callers, brings to mind the importance of putting a face on aborted babies.
Janet Folger appeared on the program with a special report that Senator George Allen was not going to order a recount in the battle for his Senate seat. This in spite of the fact that the voter count difference between the candidates is less than 1%, and there's also evidence of alleged voter fraud.
