-Men who live as women can now legally use women's restrooms in the New York transit system.
-Hillary Clinton told homosexual leaders that she will not oppose efforts by the New York attorney general to enact a same sex marriage law.
-A life science expert says that Amendment 2, the Missouri Stem Cell Research and Cures Initiative, has nothing to do with stem cell research and would allow for human cloning.
-Pennsylvania school receives criticism from pro-life activists for taking school class on abortion clinic field trip.
-A city run TV station in El Cajon, California suspended its broadcasting of religious shows after complaints about David Barton who depicted links between Christianity and civil government.
-Ford Motor Company sees 5.8 billion dollar loss in the last quarter, perhaps due in part to the American Family Association-related boycott stemming from Ford's pro-homosexual stance.
-The Cross from the altar area of the chapel at William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia has been removed to make sure the space is seen as a non-denominational area.
-Venezuela is providing support, including identity documents, that could prove useful for radical Islamic groups.
-Wal-Mart is selling pro-homosexual books and other assorted items for those of the homosexual, lesbian and transgender persuasions.
