The Death of Reverence
| Host: | Ingrid Schlueter |
| Listen: | RealAudio | Windows Media | MP3 | Order Tape or CD |
Ingrid began the program describing one of the more outrageous projects being created in the name of relevance. Birmingham, Alabama's Faith Chapel is building six monolithic domes. The various domes will contain a children's play area, an adult bistro with a stage for entertainment, a youth disco, two NBA sized basketball courts, a twelve lane bowling alley and other modern amenities.
Ingrid also looks at the problems inherent with two new Bibles, one for pre-schoolers and another for young girls.
All of this is in contrast to many sacred things that are being discarded. Ingrid calls it the death of reverence and callers share their views on the matter as well, on this edition of Crosstalk.
