Yoga is defined as a union of the individual soul with the greater soul of the universe. Yoga has historically been known as a Hindu or Buddhist practice having no connection whatsoever with Christianity. The combination of these two would appear to be contradictory, yet Christian yoga has become amazingly popular, with proponents claiming that a Christian can participate in this and have no connection to Eastern religions.
Brian and Ingrid present solid evidence to show why yoga is spiritually dangerous and cannot be divorced from its Eastern religious roots.
