Ask Congress and the Supreme Court to verify Barack Obama's qualifications to be U.S. President

Here is a very urgent callfor action to make sure that the man who has won the popular vote is in fact qualified to serve as President of the United States. At the bottom of this page are several action steps that should be taken TODAY, as time is of the essence.

Recently there have been increasing calls for an investigation into whether the apparent President Elect, Barack Obama, is in fact a natural-born American citizen, something that is required by the U.S. Constitution for a person to hold that office.

Here are some of the reasons:

 

-Suspicions were raised even before the Democrat Convention, but the Obama Campaign, and Democratic Party Leaders, did not respond except to attack the questions. Never has a legal birth certificate been produced showing that Barack Obama in fact was born in Hawaii.

-What has been presented is a supposed "Certificate of Live Birth" (COLB), a paper Hawaii created to document that someone had been born but had not obtained a complete, original Birth Certificate in Hawaii showing doctor, hospital, date and time of birth, signatures of witnesses, etc. A COLB does not prove where someone was born; it just announces that a birth has occurred, and could be filed up to a year after the actual birth--a birth that could have take place anywhere, even in another country.

-So no actual evidence has been produced to prove Obama's U.S. Citizenship.

-In fact, the COLB itself has now been shown to be a non-document, made up of pieces of several documents, with several glaring errors that prove it is not a true Certificate of Live Birth for Barack Obama. So even the unofficial document provided creates more questions than it answers.

Barack Obama technically is not yet "President-Elect", as that takes place if and when he receives the majority of the Electoral College vote, scheduled December 15. If the evidence about his birth and citizenship can be produced, it will display whether Obama is a natural-born U.S. Citizen, which is a Constitutional requirement to be
President of the United States.

At least 16 lawsuits have been filed in various states to keep their electors from voting for Obama until it has been shown conclusively that he is a U.S. Citizen eligible to serve.

Two cases are before the U.S. Supreme Court, which will be deciding whether to take one of them this Friday, and may also consider taking the second case. If the Supreme Court rules that Obama is ineligible before December 15, then the Electoral College could not cast any votes for him.

In addition, in January, Congress must verify the results of the Electoral College vote, by determining how many
votes were cast for each candidate, and whether those votes are valid.

So time is of the essence. Here are several steps that need to be done NOW in order to clear up the questions about Barack Obama's citizenship and qualifications for U.S. President.
